HI and welcome to pauls gym. Its obviously not actually a gym but a website :) Im Paul and have around 15 years experience in the gym and lifting weights i could safely say around half of those years i wasted by messing around and thinking i knew what i was doing in the gym but i was making a lot of mistakes. Some of which i hope i can teach you to avoid. Learn from your mistakes and those of others. Though im not a professionaly qualified personal trainer i do help an aweful lot of people get the bofy they want and i'm hoping i can do the same for you for free of charge, as i said im not a personal trainer.
